Once verified by our engineers, the optimal models are sent for programming to commence lathe machining production.
Future Forged ® Utilizes Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Forging
The foundation of excellent products is paramount to our team, and quality is crucial at every stage. We employ industry-leading aerospace-grade lightweight aluminum forging throughout our forging production line.
Background on the material: Aluminum forging is crafted under extreme pressure and temperature to achieve high integrity. Throughout the forging process, aluminum remains solid. Once the forging dies press the aluminum into the shape of a wheel hub, it is spun to form the rim section. This process ensures “premium strength” while maintaining lightweight properties. With a solid foundation and high-pressure forging techniques, we produce a reliable and high-performance product that meets our team’s and our customers’ highest standards for forged aluminum wheels.
Future Forged ® Edge Finishing and Coloring
After aluminum processing, each piece needs to go through multiple stages of deburring, meticulous hand finishing, and polishing before coating. We are able to perfect the finish of each wheel, with every edge receiving careful attention before the final coating. Through collaboration between the paint mixing and metal surface treatment departments, wheels with various tones and high gloss combinations can be achieved.
